The Glendale Planning Commission has recommended approval for a rezoning request that would enable an expansion at Tanger Outlets in the Westgate Entertainment District.
Outlets at Westgate LLC wants to build an entertainment facility, four new restaurants and a digital billboard on a seven-acre parcel along Loop 101 on the shopping center’s west side.
The restaurant uses would total 30.3KSF, and the entertainment location would be 14KSF.
Tanger is currently working to secure business tenants for the location, according to project representatives.
Submissions for the project identify Adams + Associates Architecture as the design firm, Withey Morris as the project’s attorney, Laskin & Associates, Inc., as the landscape architect and Civil & Environmental Consultants Inc. as the engineering firm. (Source)
