Sales Transactions
1. RAI Holdings purchased 38.96 acres of land at 59th Ave and Dobbins Road for $19.5M. Groundbreaking for a future build is expected in summer 2027.
2. LevRose Commercial Real Estate completed the $11.2M sale of an approximately 10.4KSF property at 3925 N. Brown Ave. in Old Town Scottsdale to Terry Black’s BBQ. Spanning nine parcels across a full city block, the 0.74-acre property marks the Texas-based barbecue brand’s entry into the Arizona market. LevRose’s Danielle Davis, Branden Mondragon and Trent McCullough represented the sellers.
3. ABI Multifamily completed the $11M sale of Rosilian Villas, a ±25.86-acre vacant land site in Avondale planned for a 291-unit rental townhome community. The buyer is Dominium Group. ABI Multifamily’s John Klocek and Patrick Burch represented both parties. Construction is expected to be completed in 2029, with financing through 4% Low-Income Housing Tax Credits and tax-exempt bonds.
4. An undisclosed seller sold a 29.3KSF office complex at 1580-1670 N. Kolb Road in Tucson for $3.22M. Larsen Baker purchased the office complex and was represented by its own Isaac Figueroa.
5. Marcus & Millichap arranged the $2.7M sale of Take 5 Oil Change, a 1.4KSF, net-leased automotive service property at 3201 S. Park Ave. in Tucson. Built in 2025, the property sits on a 0.70-acre parcel within The Bridges, a 350-acre mixed-use development. Alex Mobin of Marcus & Millichap’s Orange County office represented the buyer, a private investor, in association with Ryan Sarbinoff, the firm’s Arizona broker of record. The seller was a Take 5 Oil Change franchisee.
Lease Transactions
6. DPR Construction signed a lease for 322KSF across two industrial buildings at Papago Commerce Center near Interstate 10 and 47th Avenue in Phoenix. The Silicon Valley-based general contractor will use the space for manufacturing cooling panels for data centers under development across the Valley. The expansion is expected to create approximately 200 jobs. Colliers’ Don MacWilliam represented the landlord.
