This is the 15th year BEX has tracked Arizona Capital Improvement Plans.
BEX staff starts tracking CIPs in the preliminary or draft stages in March, adding database entries and publishing information about major programs as they move through the review process.
Each year, the BEXperts sort through the major projects from more than 21 agencies and assemble the planning documents and major contacts for readers to find out more about the ones they are interested in.
