    Colten Browning

    COO | Hansen Consulting Group

    Colten works to bridge design, engineering analysis, procurement, and field execution into a coordinated strategy that holds under pressure. His technical depth spans the entire BIM and virtual design universe. As a founding partner of Hansen Consulting Group, Colten has been integral in the rapid growth of the firm, leading several mega projects across Arizona that dominate front page news and require constant state and federal partnership. This work relies heavily on streamlined collaboration across innumerable remote teams, so operating at the forefront of digital infrastructure is critical. What he's known for is governing complex technology integration across disciplines and establishing clear standards that keep delivery predictable when the work gets hard. Colten holds a BSE in mechanical engineering from Arizona State University and is a proud sponsor of this home state event.


    Eric Froberg

    City Engineer | City of Phoenix

    Eric has served as City Engineer for the City of Phoenix since January 2019, which included a 6 month assignment as Interim Director of Water Services, a 5 month assignment as Interim Director of Public Works, and a 1 month assignment as Interim Director of Street Transportation. Eric possesses over a quarter century of relevant public works and land development engineering experience. After spending two decades working as a private consultant, Eric desired to utilize his engineering and management expertise in a way that more directly benefited the public. As the City Engineer for the nation’s 5th largest City, Eric is responsible for overseeing the selection of architects, engineers & contractors and the execution the City's 5-year, $11 billion Capital Improvement Program, including serving as the program manager for the current $500M General Obligation Bond program. Eric is currently a member of the Alumni Industry Council for the University of Arizona, previously held the position of State Director for ACEC-NM.


    Rebekah Morris

    President & Founder | BEX

    Rebekah started the twice-weekly AZBEX publication in February 2010, and has since grown the service into a multi-faceted resource for local Commercial Real Estate & A/E/C firms to find leads on upcoming projects, industry news, trends, and market insights. In 2015, AZBEX started producing events and now features four annual half-day conferences and six breakfast panels known as the Leading Market Series. In 2016, the AZBEX Database or DATABEX was launched. Both the events and database are engineered to bring opportunities to clients – whether it’s the contacts made at a half-day conference or bi-monthly breakfast program or the early stage notice of a project in the database, every service of AZBEX is focused on bringing opportunity to clients. Rebekah’s background as a large General Contractor enabled her to spot the opportunity to start BEX, but it is her grit, determination and eternal curiosity for the industry that has kept it going and growing each year.

    Justin Neagle

    Justin Neagle is Chief Storyteller at Spot Migration, an IT and cybersecurity firm that exclusively serves the AEC industry. He is a leading voice in helping contractors rethink technology as a growth driver, not just an operational necessity. New software is integrated every day in construction to maintain pace and outperform, without a true understanding of the cybersecurity risks and legal exposure involved. In the same way PPE is required on the job, "Digital Safety" is an operational expectation - clients expect contractors to use AI safely and protect sensitive data - yet many firms are increasing risk exposure, working faster than ever before without a clear security strategy. Justin is a co-founder of the National Construction Board of Influence as well as a 2026 Titan 100. He’s joining the panel as your loss aversion expert, helping you understand today’s technology risks and how to take action before one click becomes a catastrophic loss.


    Riley Quinlan

    Contract Deputy Director of CIP | Citry of Buckeye

    Riley brings a blend of public- and private-sector experience to his role as the City of Buckeye’s Deputy Director of Capital Improvement Program (CIP). With a background spanning infrastructure design, community planning, and project delivery, Riley and his team have helped multiply the City’s CIP output, tripling to quadrupling annual project delivery, as Buckeye’s program expanded significantly following the passage of a major bond initiative.
    As a consultant, Riley and his team continue to provide municipal program and project management, municipal design, construction administration, and civil design services across the valley. His work focuses on advancing efficient, transparent, and high-performing capital programs—aligning municipalities' rapid growth with resilient infrastructure and long-term community value. Riley is a registered Professional Civil Engineer in Arizona, a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA).


    Susanna Struble

    Town Engineer | Town of Gilbert

    Susanna Struble, the Town Engineer for Gilbert, Arizona, has over 45 years of expertise in private consulting and municipal engineering. She is a registered Professional Civil Engineer in the State of Arizona and holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Wyoming (Go Cowboys!).
    As the Town Engineer, Susanna oversees the technical aspects of development, traffic management, and capital improvement within Gilbert. Her commitment to excellence is evident in her efforts to guide the Gilbert team in embracing the concept of defining and building for the ‘City of the Future’, with infrastructure investments that serve not just today but generations to come. Throughout her career, Susanna has navigated change with resilience. She recognizes that change can be disruptive, challenging the status quo, and introducing risks. However, she has successfully adapted by leveraging tools like the Value Methodology, to encourage a systematic approach, foster connections, and promote collaboration to enhance efficiency and address complex situations.


    Brad Thompson

    VP of Strategic Innovation | SDB Contracting

    Brad Thompson is Vice President of Strategic Innovation at SDB Contracting Services, a Tempe general contractor whose core markets are advanced technology facilities and public-sector work. He oversees Marketing, Business Development and IT, and he builds the firm's AI tooling, from automations tied to the ERP to a workflow that drafts project summaries at closeout. In 2026, he launched the AEC AI Toolbelt, a free community for AEC professionals to share ideas and discuss how to best utilize AI tools in the AEC industry.


    Alison Tymkiw

    Senior Director - City Engineer | City of Scottsdale Transportation and Infrastructure

    Alison Tymkiw is currently serving as the Senior Director - City Engineer for the City of Scottsdale’s Transportation and Infrastructure Department. Alison is responsible for administering the city’s Capital Improvement Program and she manages Project Engineering which is responsible for the planning, design and construction of infrastructure improvement around the city. She also oversees Traffic Engineering, Transportation Planning and Transit, Street Operations, and Design Engineering and Real Estate.

    Alison has worked for the City of Scottsdale since 1998 and has previously held the positions of Civil Engineer, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and City Engineer prior to promotion to her current role as Senior Director - City Engineer. Prior to joining the City of Scottsdale, Alison worked for engineering design and consulting firms, first in Connecticut and then in the local Phoenix area. Alison holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University, and she is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Arizona.


    Lance Webb

    City Engineer | City of Mesa

    Lance Webb serves as the Assistant City Engineer at the City of Mesa. He has worked as a dynamic public works servant leader in the Civil Engineering sector for over 20 years with broad, cross-functional experiences in the civil engineering and construction industries. He is a stickler for execution excellence and has successfully led and provided oversight on over 400 capital improvement projects totaling $850M in construction to date with another $300M being planned and or being constructed. He has a wonderful wife and 5 beautiful children. He enjoys sports, camping, hiking, and rafting outdoors.
