Mack Halo Vista LLC announced the 2,300-acre Halo Vista Master Plan will soon contain a Courtyard by Marriott, a Residence Inn and a Costco.
The master plan is being developed by Mack Real Estate Group and McCourt Partners. The master plan is located adjacent to Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co.’s $165B fabrication campus. Common Bond Development Group is developing the two hotels.
A press release from Mack Halo LLC says, “Today’s confirmation of the first phase of hospitality and retail users marks an important milestone for Halo Vista because it will enable our project to deliver much-needed services in support of the growing TSMC ecosystem, while we simultaneously continue to focus on horizontal infrastructure development that underpins the entire master plan.”
Representatives were unable to provide details on the scope of the three newly planned buildings. They were also unable to provide information on the design firms and general contractors.
Development rights were awarded to the master plan developers by the Arizona State Land Department. Developers control land sales in the master plan and stated the hotels and Costco coincide with the overall vision of the area.
Each of the three new buildings will be constructed on I-17 and Dove Valley Road. Infrastructure is currently in place to service the buildings.
Each building is slated for a groundbreaking in the latter half of 2026.
