Awards & Accolades 
1. National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) has awarded the 8.9KSF Seven Desert Mountain clubhouse with the 2019 Best in American Living Platinum Award (BALA) for best community facility. 
Groundbreakings 
2. Diversified Partners held a groundbreaking ceremony for its large, prime parcel known as En Fuego, at 91st and Glendale avenues. For Phase I, pads, shops and land are available at En Fuego, ranging from 3KSF to 15.6KSF/1.33-acre lot. Starbucks, Raising Cane’s, Barro’s Pizza, Biscuits Cafe and Jack in the Box are already committed. Phase II will offer 8.32 acres for office, flex or entertainment use. 
Progress Reports 
3. Following an extensive $100M investment by Palisades Resorts LLC, Marriott International’s Autograph Collection Hotels will celebrate the grand opening of ADERO Scottsdale in summer 2020. The complete development is led by Allen + Philp Partners Architecture and Interior Design, MONOGRAM Hospitality Interiors at BBGM, branding agency Sixteenfifty and Aqua-Aston Hospitality. Balfour Beatty Construction is the general contractor.

4. LGE Design Build worked with Pomo Restaurant Group to design and build their brand new, 7KSF contemporary Italian steakhouse concept, The Americano, in North Scottsdale.
