    3. Alex Bez, COO of Creation, was named one of GlobeSt.’s CRE Aspiring Leaders of 2026. The recognition honors commercial real estate professionals younger than 40 who have demonstrated strong transaction performance and contributed to their company’s success. In just more than three years as a Principal and now COO, Bez has helped launch and scale Creation’s mixed-use and retail platform, expand the company into Texas and deliver more than $100M in development projects. His work includes The Switchyard in Queen Creek, Heritage Park in Gilbert, and Long Branch, a $1.3B mixed-use development in McKinney, Texas.

    4. The Arizona Builders Alliance celebrated 35 electrical apprentices at its Apprenticeship Graduation on May 29. Graduates were joined by families; ABA members; local dignitaries Joann Bueno, Tom Cole, Adrian Fontes, and industrial professionals to mark the completion of ABA’s Electrical Apprenticeship Program.

    5. Clear Title Agency of Arizona opened a new office at 15150 W. Park Place, Suite 215, in Goodyear. The branch will be managed by Maggie Romero, alongside Lisa Moore and Ada Ortiz, who will provide title and escrow services to real estate agents, lenders, investors and homeowners throughout the West Valley. The opening coincides with Clear Title Agency of Arizona’s 20-year anniversary and reflects the company’s continued investment in expanded service capabilities and customer support across Arizona.

    6. Marcus & Millichap, Inc. recently launched its Preferred Partner Program. The program is intended to support commercial real estate clients by connecting them to third-party service providers. The partners will provide expertise in areas like tax strategies and insurance.

    New Hires

    7. Cory DeLong joined Kidder Mathews as VP in the firm’s Phoenix office. DeLong brings more than 15 years of experience specializing in industrial property acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing and tenant representation for local and national clients.

    8. Porter Kyle Builders continues to build up its Build-to-Rent homebuilding operations with the addition of CRE veteran John Rowland as VP of Construction. Rowland has more than 25 years of residential construction experience. Throughout his career, he has overseen a wide range of projects and operations.

    9. ADM Group announced it had hired Jason Lembke and Janice White. Lembke has more than 30 years of experience and will serve as the Director of Design Innovation. White has more than 20 years of financial leadership experience and is serving as a Controller.

    10. Daniel Stratulat joined ACS Services as Engineering Department Manager in Phoenix. Prior to ACS Services, he served as Branch Manager for ECS and spent seven years with Speedie & Associates as a Geotechnical Project Manager. Stratulat brings more than nine years of experience in geotechnical engineering, construction materials testing and operations leadership.

    11. Sudhanshu Surendra Gordey was hired as an Estimating Engineer at Achen-Gardner Construction.

    12. Jaclyn Johnson was hired as an Administrative Assistant at Wolverine Builders Inc. Johnson holds an associate degree in both Science and Business Administration.

    Retirements

    13. Heather Dalmolin announced her retirement as CEO and General Manager of Mountain Line. Dalmolin joined the organization in 2002 and has worked in finance, human resources, information technology, customer service and administration during her nearly 25-year tenure. She was named CEO and General Manager in 2020. Dalmolin also served on the boards of the Southwest Transit Association and Arizona Transit Association. Kate Morley, Executive Director of MetroPlan, will become Interim CEO and General Manager while retaining her current position.
