    Awards & Accolades

    1. Jay Krew was selected for inclusion in Marquis Who’s Who. Krew is Senior VP at ORION Investment Real Estate, where he has worked since 2021 and specializes in industrial and commercial real estate in the Phoenix market.

    Company News

    2. triARC architecture & design relocated its headquarters to 3333 E. Indian School Road in Phoenix, marking the firm’s 20th anniversary and Principal Owner Jill Hamblen’s 33rd year in architecture. The 6KSF headquarters, which includes a 2KSF enclosed courtyard, was redeveloped from an existing structure. triARC architecture & design served as architect of record, and LOR Construction, LLC was the general contractor. The project is owned by Jill and Dave Hamblen.

    3. Lyfe Companies was selected to develop the first phase of the main street retail and restaurant corridor at FIVE NORTH at VISTANCIA in Peoria. Casey Treadwell of Lyfe Companies will lead the retail development. Treadwell has more than 20 years of experience and has worked on developments including Epicenter in Gilbert and Uptown Plaza in Phoenix. Amy Malloy of Evolve Ventures will serve as Project Manager alongside Lyfe Companies.

    Promotions

    4. Brian Reed has been promoted to Senior VP of Preconstruction & Business Development at A.R. Mays Construction, becoming the first Senior VP in the firm’s history. Reed has been with the company for nearly 24 years, joining in 2002, and has led its preconstruction efforts while helping build long-term client relationships. Joe Funk has been promoted to VP of Preconstruction & Estimating. Funk has been with A.R. Mays Construction for nearly eight years and has served as a leader within the firm’s estimating and preconstruction teams.

    5. Morgan Saban has been promoted to VP of National Commercial Accounts at Commonwealth Land Title Phoenix NCS. Saban has received President’s Club and Rookie of the Year honors in B2B sales. She also supports commercial real estate clients across the country.

    New Hires

    6. Ralph Ireland has joined Rawhide Development Company as President and CEO. Ireland will oversee the company’s 217-acre mixed-use development at Scottsdale Road and Loop 101 in north Phoenix, which will be anchored by the Arizona Cardinals’ new 250KSF-plus performance center and headquarters. Ireland most recently served as Executive VP of Strategic Development at Howard Hughes Holdings.

    7. Terracon announced the addition of Armando de la Rocha as a Senior Geotechnical Engineer, bringing more than 30 years of experience in geotechnical, pavement and materials engineering to the firm. As a Senior Geotechnical Engineer, de la Rocha will play a key role in delivering technical expertise for transportation and aviation projects across the Desert Southwest Region.
