    Giving Back

    1. Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Companyrecently announced an opportunity for Apache Junction High School seniors. The program, operated through Grand Canyon University, will provide manufacturing training that could result in employment at TSMC. Starting salaries begin at $55K/year.

    2. Achen-Gardner Construction announced its employee-owners supported the Town of Gilbertโ€™s Truck-A-Palooza event on Saturday, Jan. 24. The construction company staffed a Peterbilt 567 Lune Truck, a Ford F550 Mechanic Truck and several tables with gifts and materials to motivate children to learn about construction.

    3. The Arizona Chapter of the Associated General Contractors has announced its 2026 Executive Committee and Board of Directors following elections held Jan. 23.

    The Executive Committee consists of:

    4. VanTrust Real Estate, LLC announced Derek Flottum, Senior Director of Development for VanTrustโ€™s Phoenix office, has been selected as the 2026 Chairman of NAIOP Arizona. He has been with NAIOP for nearly a decade.

    5. Jeff Dalton, Regional VP for FCL Builders, was recently appointed to the Housing Authority of Maricopa County Board of Commissioners by County Supervisor Thomas Galvin. Dalton will serve a four-year term.

    6. Jessi Pedersonwas recently appointed as Director of the Greater Arizona Development Authority. Pederson is replacing former GADA Director Mary Foote,whowas appointed as Director of the Arizona Office of Economic Opportunity.

    Company News

    7. Empire Paving & Maintenance marked its fifth year in business in January. Founded in 2020, the Phoenix-based company provides asphalt paving and pavement maintenance services across Arizona and transitioned to a direct-to-client contractor model in 2024.

    Promotions

    8. Kevin Rosinski has been promoted to President at Camelot Homes, effective this month. Rosinski was previously COO and has more than 25 years of experience in homebuilding and real estate. He joined Camelot Homes in 2020 and oversees day-to-day operations across sales and marketing, land acquisition and development, construction and customer experience.

    9. Mike Baumgardner is now President of LevRose Commercial Real Estate, following his promotion from Managing Director. Baumgardner has been with the firm since 2017 and has 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, including 14 years with CoStar as Regional Director of Sales. He also serves on the board of REIAC Southwest.

    10. Mike Faustwas recently promoted to City Manager for the City of Peoria. Faust is replacing Henry Darin, who will stay on for a year to advise him. Faust will oversee the implementation of policies and programs.

    11. HKS recently announced promotions for Michael Lyons, Tara Nations, Nancy Brunoand Sara Dehghani. Lyons was promoted to Partner and Regional Practice Director, Mission Critical. Nations was promoted to Principal and Studio Practice Leader, Mission Critical. Both Bruno and Dehghani were promoted to VP.

    12. Sabrina Bigelow has been promoted to Director at Fennemore. Her work focuses on real estate transactions, including assisting developers and homebuilders with the purchase, sale and lease of commercial properties.

    New Hires

    13. Patrick Bradyrecently joined Vestar as VP of Leasing. Brady will be in charge of the leasing strategy for roughly 4MSF of space across Arizona, California, Nevada and Washington.

    14. Matthew MacMichaelrecently joined Stifel as its new Managing Director/Investments and Complex Manager. MacMichael will supervise the Phoenix, Tucson and Scottsdale offices.

    15. Willmeng Construction recently announced the hiring of Michelle Rousseau as Director of Trade Relations. The newly created position is designed to strategically deepen relationships with key trade partners and enhance communication across the firmโ€™s growing market sectors.

    16. Keyser Commercial Real Estate recently announced the hiring of Patrick McGarryas a Senior Project Manager. McGarry has several years of experience across the construction industry. He most recently represented public school districts on major bond-funded programs.

    17. Aaron Carter and Mike Mosier, founding partners of CarterMosier Group, have joined Cambridge Properties. The duo will continue advising residential buyers and sellers across the Phoenix and Tucson metro areas.

    18. Butch Leiberrecently joined Old Republic Title as a Sales Representative. He has multiple decades of experience as a real estate broker, educator and industry leader.
