At the New Titles, New Perspectives Leadership Panel, you’ll hear directly from professionals who have recently stepped into significant leadership roles and are actively shaping how their organizations think about priorities, culture, project planning, and execution.

Attend this one-hour breakfast panel that spotlights leaders who have recently stepped into new roles and are actively shaping the industry. Through candid conversation, panelists will share how they will influence priorities, culture and impact. This event offers an inside look at how leadership evolves when someone new takes the seat —and what opportunities may arise with new leadership in an ever-changing market.

Here’s what you’ll walk away with:

1. Firsthand Insight Into Leadership Direction

These leaders are all newly promoted, hired or started their own firm in the space — which means they’re still defining priorities and setting strategic direction. Hearing them speak candidly gives you a rare early look at:

  • – how they plan to lead their teams and organizations,
  • – what issues and initiatives matter most to them, and
  • – where they may be directing budget, resources, and attention next.

Understanding these factors early means you can align your approach, proposals, and conversations with what matters most to decision-making power.

2. Early Visibility With Decision-Makers

Being in the room lets you put a face and voice to the new titles you’ll be interacting with in the months ahead. Networking face-to-face builds a level of trust and familiarity that accelerates future conversations and positions you as a well-connected, informed partner — not just an email in their inbox.

3. Competitive Advantage Through Direct Learning

You’ll gain insights you simply can’t get from press releases or LinkedIn announcements. Hearing how these leaders think about challenges and opportunities allows you to tailor your business development strategy with confidence — rather than guessing what matters to them.

4. Meaningful Business Connections

Relationship building at events isn’t side benefit — it’s a core part of how business gets done. Meeting these leaders now means you’ll already be on their radar when project decisions, solicitations, or strategy shifts arise.
