4. Zach Haptonstall, co-founder of Rise48 Equity LLC, has started a new construction firm to take on construction needs at apartments the company acquires.
5. Scottsdale-based Walton Global Holdings LLC has partnered with Rockpoint to expand Build-to-Rent development opportunities on a national scale. Rockpoint will invest up to $300M in Walton’s projects.
6. RestorationHQ announced it will open an office and warehouse facility at 944 W. Grant Road in Tucson to create better custom services for commercial construction clients. The office is scheduled to open July 5th.
Promotions
7. Phoenix Design One has promoted Sophia Humphrey to Principal. In addition to joining the executive leadership team, Humphrey will continue to manage the PDO studio and oversee more than 40 buildings.
