Banner Health is requesting a rezoning for the site of its 48-acre planned north Scottsdale medical campus at 18400 N. Hayden Road.
Banner’s $400M plan includes an acute care hospital, cancer center and medical office building. To that end, the healthcare provider is requesting a zoning change from Planned Community Development to Special Campus District.
Company representatives said they are in the process of purchasing the site and that the facility will create approximately 2,500 jobs when it opens in 2026.
Scottsdale officials say no hearing dates have been set for the rezoning request. (Source)
