2. Restoration Builders, Inc. announced that it has completed the asset purchase of Elbert Construction, LLC.
Promotions
3. AZTEC Engineering Group, Inc. has promoted Javier Damia-Levy to senior vice president and he also joins the company’s Management Board. Javier has been with AZTEC for 10 years and will continue to lead and develop the firm’s Energy market as their Energy Practice Leader.
4. Loven Contracting announced that Jon Hansen, P.E. and Jesse Breckenridge have each been promoted to vice president roles within the company. In his new role, Jon will expand his oversight of healthcare projects at the company, while Jesse oversees the firm’s Design, Preconstruction and Estimating teams for all sectors, including Healthcare, Higher Education, Science and Industry, Commercial, and Government projects.

5. Randall Clemson has joined Kidder Mathews as a senior vice president, where he will manage Valuation Advisory Services in the Phoenix market.
6. Achen-Gardner Construction announced the addition of Kelley Hlavsa as a project manager. Kelley brings more than 30 years of industry experience.
7. Sundt Construction, Inc. has welcomed Amy Bojorquez back to the company’s Tucson office as a business development representative. In addition to the business development responsibilities, Bojorquez will assume responsibilities of estimating administrator, taking over from Aly Gartin who recently retired after working 35 years with the company.
8. Nathan Corser has joined Burns & McDonnell to lead architectural design for commercial and industrial projects.
9. The Town of Fountain Hills has announced the hiring of Jodi James to the position of economic development analyst. She started with the town in late September.
