Sales Transactions
1. Banner Health recently purchased an 18.81-acre plot of land at the SEC of Interstate 17 and Jomax Road from an entity tracing to Affinius Capital for $22.13M. The land is near the TSMC campus in north Phoenix. Banner officials have yet to announce plans for the site.
2. BHBC LLC acquired an office property at 225 W. Peoria Ave. for $5.35M. The 56KSF, two-story office building was built in 2001 and is situated on 3.99 acres in north Phoenix. Parker and Emily Ganem sold the property. Colliers’ Brian Ackerman represented the seller. The company’s Michael Marsh, Phil Breidenback and Juliet Rozo provided leasing expertise.
3. J&A B&C Legacy Holdings, LLC’s affiliate, Villa Blanca Coyote LLC, recently purchased the 24-unit Villa Blanca Apartments for $4.2M. The apartment complex is located at 2853 N. Euclid Ave. in Tucson. Taylor Street Investments, LLC’s Amphi Gardens LLC sold the property. The transaction was handled by Joseph Chaplik of Joseph Bernard Investment Real Estate.
4. Christopher R. Cotter purchased Victoria Arms Apartments, a 25-unit apartment complex located at 1518 E. Hedrick Dr. in Tucson. The 19.3KSF complex was purchased from G and B Holdings LLC for $2.9M. Allan Mendelsberg and Joey Martinez with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR represented the seller.
Lease Transactions
5. Semper Fi Heating and Cooling LLC leased 12.1KSF of industrial space at Broadbent Business Center, 2155 N. Forbes Blvd., Suite 101, in Tucson from Pegasus Tucson Owner LLC. Paul Hooker and Andrew Keim with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR represented the landlord.
