    4. Remax Solutions is being acquired by Remax Fine Properties. Remax now has more than 400 agents throughout its 10 Arizona-based offices.

    5. Broadstone Net Lease, Inc. recently promoted Daniel Zhao to Senior Analyst, Credit Risk. He has been working for Broadstone since 2022. In his new role, he will continue to assist in the underwriting process.

    New Hires

    6. Dan Henderson has been hired by the City of Glendale as its new Economic Development Director. He recently served as the Economic Development Director for the Town of Gilbert. He will officially step into the new role on May 18.

    7. Valor Pavement Solutions announced the hiring of Dave Banbury as its new VP of Business Development in Phoenix.

    8. Randy Moon has been hired as Project Director at Clayco. In his new role, Moon will oversee project execution and team performance across key initiatives and utilize his more than 15 years of experience in commercial, healthcare and industrial construction.

    9. Western Retail Advisors has expanded its brokerage bench with three new hires.

    • Makenna Wesely returns to the firm as Associate VP after serving as Director of Real Estate for redC Real Estate, Design and Construction, where she supported nationwide brand growth.
    • Lee Larcher rejoins the Phoenix office as Senior Associate with more than a decade of experience, including managing more than $800M in multifamily development projects for StreetLights Residential.
    • Megan Adamic joins as Senior Associate from a commercial real estate brokerage and development firm, where she was a Retail Leasing and Sales Associate working with tenants, property owners, investors and developers across Arizona.

    9. Chey Castro recently joined The Agency RE as a Real Estate Agent. He has 18 years of experience and was a 40 Under 40 honoree in 2012.
