    Giving Back

    1. The Rosendin Foundation awarded a $50K grant to Americaโ€™s Mighty Warriors, founded by Debbie Lee, mother of fallen Navy SEAL Marc Lee. The funding will provide one year of therapies and family support for two veterans, including hyperbaric oxygen therapy, EmRes, red light therapy and nutritional supplementation.

    2. PTK Magazine announced its list of Arizona architects to know in 2026. The list consists of:

    Company News

    5. Renovo Home Partners LLC filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy on Nov. 3, marking the closing of the company and its 19 affiliated companies. Reborn Cabinets is one of the affiliated firms in Arizona.

    Promotions

    6. Kovach Enclosure Systems announced the following internal leadership appointments:

    • Brad Wright has been appointed CEO. He has helped guide the companyโ€™s growth and will continue leading its strategic vision.
    • James Hatch has been named President and Chief Strategy Officer. He will oversee strategic planning and preconstruction alignment.
    • Deseray Gruben has been promoted to CFO. She will lead the companyโ€™s financial strategy, forecasting and ESOP stewardship.
    • Jansen Miller has been promoted to Chief Construction Officer. He will manage project execution and delivery.

    All appointments were made from within the companyโ€™s existing leadership.

    7. Carmen Wyckoff has been promoted to Global K-12 Education Leader at DLR Group. Wyckoff has 25 years of experience. In her new role, she will oversee the strategic vision for the firmโ€™s K-12 sector.

    8. The Flagstaff City Council appointed Joanne Keene to City Manager during its Nov. 4 meeting. The appointment was a unanimous decision. Prior to the promotion, Keene served as the Deputy City Manager for the City of Flagstaff. She replaces former City Manager Greg Clifton.

    9. Andrea Davis was promoted to City Manager at the City of Surprise during the recent Nov. 4 Surprise City Council meeting. She has been working for the City for 14 years and currently serves as the Assistant City Manager. She is replacing Bob Wingenroth and will be stepping into the role on Nov. 30.

    New Hires

    10. Glenn Verburg has joined Sunstate Equipment Company as Senior VP of Business Services. With more than 15 years of experience, he has served in various leadership and financial roles at previous companies, including Riwal Group, Boels Rental and Ernst & Young.

    11. Brett Howey has been appointed Director of Regional Growth at Dibble. In his new role, he will oversee strategic growth initiatives and support the firmโ€™s expansion across the Southwest. He has more than 25 years of experience in transportation, water, government, energy and private sector markets nationwide.

    12. Hazen and Sawyer announced the appointment of Sriram Ananthanarayan as Senior Associate. He has experience in planning, leading and delivering water and wastewater projects using traditional and alternative delivery methods.
