    Peter Gray | Associate Vice President | HonorHeath

    HonorHealth Associate Vice President with oversight of HonorHealth’s 150 FTE Planning, Design & Construction Dept as well as Facilities Management & Plant Operations Strategy. HonorHealth operates approximately 9M sqft of real-estate assets in the phoenix metro including: nine acute care facilities, multiple joint ventures, and a portfolio of ambulatory locations. Peter has been with HonorHealth since April of 2019 and dedicated to supporting healthcare development and operations in both domestic and international markets for the past 15 years. Peter oversees development, campus strategy of both routine and strategic infrastructure upgrades with a focus on operational continuity and long-term asset performance.

    Russ Korcuska | Senior Vice President, Facilities & Supply Chain | Phoenix Children's Hospital

    Russ Korcuska brings more than 30 years of leadership in healthcare construction and operations to his role as Senior Vice President of Construction and Special Projects at Phoenix Children’s. A recognized specialist in hospital and healthcare facility development, Russ has directed many high-profile initiatives, including the landmark $350 million expansion of Phoenix Children’s main tower in 2011. Before joining Phoenix Children’s, Russ served as Vice President of Capital Construction and Project Management as well as Vice President of Supply Chain for Memorial Hermann Healthcare System in Houston. In those roles, he oversaw a broad portfolio of systemwide services—ranging from design and construction and facilities engineering to security, food and nutrition, environmental services, linen/laundry, clinical engineering and asset management, sterile processing, materials management, and supply chain operations. Russ earned his bachelor’s degree in construction management from the Del E. Webb School of Construction at Arizona State University.

    Aaron Zeligman | Senior Project Executive, Facility Services | Banner Health

    Aaron Zeligman is a Sr. Project Executive for Banner Health. He leads a team that oversees development, design, and construction of Inpatient & Ambulatory Healthcare facilities as well as some operational responsibilities. This has included large scale campus expansions, new Medical Office Buildings, and renovations of all shapes & sizes.

    A native Arizonan and graduate of Northern Arizona University’s Construction Management program, Aron Kirch brings nearly two decades of experience leading complex CMAR and Design/Build projects that define the region’s healthcare and institutional landscape. Over his 18-year career with Kitchell, he has successfully delivered more than $1.5 billion in projects for premier clients including Phoenix Children’s, HonorHealth, Mayo Clinic, and UC San Diego Health.

    As Regional Executive for Kitchell Contractors, Aron oversees operations across Arizona, guiding teams, fostering client partnerships, and driving strategic growth in one of the nation’s most dynamic construction markets. Recognized as an ENR Southwest 20 Under 40 honoree, he is known for his collaborative leadership style, commitment to innovation, and passion for mentoring the next generation of industry professionals. Grounded in integrity and community engagement, Aron continues to shape the built environment and strengthen Kitchell’s legacy as a leader in the Phoenix market and beyond.
