4. John Kliethermes has been promoted to Arizona Construction Services Area Manager for Gannett Fleming TranSystems. Kliethermes has 15 years of experience in the industry and has led more than $900M in aviation, transportation and civil infrastructure projects.
5. Melissa Dunn was recently promoted to Project Manager with the Utilities Business Unit at Dibble. Dunn has 10 years of experience and has worked on a variety of high-impact projects. Her new role will primarily encompass expanding efforts with Dibble’s key clients in the utilities sector.
6. Connor Jones was promoted by Brinkman Real Estate to Acquisitions Manager. He will lead investment sourcing, underwriting and financial analysis for Intermountain West markets.

7. Shannon Murphy has returned to CBRE’s Tucson office as a First VP. Her specialty is leasing and selling retail properties in Tucson. Before the hire, Murphy spent 12 years at Diamond Ventures as its Director of Sales and Marketing and Designated Broker.
8. Clear Title Agency of Arizona hired Lindsey Jordan as its new Sales Executive for the Scottsdale Region. Jordan was previously an Area Sales Manager at Thomas James Homes. She will now lead business development efforts for Clear Title’s three Scottsdale branches: Scottsdale Forum, Kierland and Silverleaf/Pinnacle Peak.
9. Gannon Coffman has been named Director of Investor Relations and Capital Strategies at Streamline Capital Group, the investment arm of The Streamline Companies. Coffman brings more than 11 years of experience in commercial real estate finance and equity placement. His new role will focus on raising capital, structuring investment opportunities and managing investor relations.
