    1. P.B. Bell has raised $12.5K for Entryway. Entryway is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that upskills at-risk individuals to get them work-ready for entry-level positions in the multifamily housing industry.

    2. P.B. Bell’s Jen Santiago, Casey Hale and Jodi Silva recently graduated from the Arizona Multihousing Association Lyceum program. Lyceum is a yearlong volunteer leadership development program that focuses on the essential elements of successful leaders.

    Promotions

    5. P.B. Bell’s Chapin Bell has transitioned to the role of Chairman and remains the owner of the company. Justin Steltenpohl, who began working with Philip and Chapin Bell in 2007, has been named Chief Executive Officer. This marks the first time in 50 years that someone outside of the Bell family has run the company.

    New Hires

    6. Diversified Partners announced the addition of Dean Ingram as Managing Partner of Brokerage and New Development. Ingram has more than 25 years of retail real estate expertise focusing on markets across the Southwest and Central regions, including Arizona, Texas, Oklahoma and Minnesota.
