Phoenix-based GO Industrial has embarked on its first metro Phoenix development, purchasing 77 acres in the West Valley submarket for the development of GO | 99. The new project will total three buildings and more than 1.2MSF in one of the nation’s most active industrial markets.
GO Industrial purchased the land site, located at the SEC of Buckeye Road and 99th Avenue, for $23.55M. It will break ground on GO | 99 in December, with completion expected during fourth quarter 2022.
Buildings 1 and 2 at GO | 99 will provide rear-loaded, mid-bay configurations and will total 247KSF and 272KSF, respectively. Building 3, a 600’-deep, cross dock configuration, will total 763KSF with nearly 1,000 auto parking stalls and trailer storage for up to 314 off-dock locations. Clear heights will range from 32’ to 40’. All buildings will feature dock-high and ground-level loading and heavy power. The park will be fully secured and each truck court will have dedicated access.
GO | 99 will also include amenities geared toward employee attraction and retention, as well as high-end, move-in-ready spec space. Design characteristics across all GO Industrial developments will include a consistent color scheme and branded design.
GO | 99 is located just south of the Interstate 10 / Loop 101 interchange, along the newly expanded Buckeye Road corridor.
Cushman and Wakefield Executive Managing Directors Andy Markham and Mike Haenel represented GO Industrial in the GO | 99 land acquisition and will serve as the project’s leasing brokers.
The project architect for GO | 99 is DLR Group and the general contractor is Willmeng Construction. Arcadia Management Group will serve as the project’s property manager. (Source)
