    Giving Back

    1. Brycon partnered with the local Veterans Administration office to donate monetary contributions and wish list items for the COACH program, which supports Arizona veterans with Alzheimer’s and dementia.

    2. Phoenix Sky Harbor recently received the Level Three rating in the Airport Workforce Development Accreditation Program. Sky Harbor received the award at the Airports Council International – North America & Airports Council International World General Assembly, Conference and Exhibition.

    3. PTK Magazine announced its list of Arizona Industrial Brokers to Know in 2026. The list consists of:

    7. A recent profile of Nox Group and CEO Justin Martin showcased the company’s 146% growth in revenue since 2022, reaching $448.6M in 2024. The company has won several awards for its leadership and performance, including Phoenix Business Journal’s Fastest Growing Companies – CEO of the Year and a ranking of 1,618 on the 2025 Inc. 5000 list of fast-growing companies.

    Promotions

    8. Alex Bez has been promoted to COO at Creation. Bez, who joined the firm more than three years ago and previously served as a principal, helped launch its mixed-use platform and supported its growth in Texas. Before joining Creation, he spent seven years with J.P. Morgan Asset Management.

    New Hires

    9. Eric Boyd has been hired as Chief Investment Officer at Creation. Boyd previously spent 19 years with CrossHarbor Capital Partners, where he was a partner and co-portfolio manager of the Opportunity Fund business. He also brings earlier experience in real estate and investment banking from Banc of America Securities and J.P. Morgan Securities.

    10. Jared W. Askelson will serve as the City of Buckeye’snew Deputy City Manager. Askelson has more than 25 years of financial experience in the public sector. His most recent role was Finance Director for the City of Goodyear.

    11. Dan Menghini has joined FCI Constructors as VP after 15 years with Chasse Building Team. Menghini has more than 30 years of experience across multiple markets and serves on the Arizona Builders Alliance Education Advisory Board, where he also teaches in the Project Manager Development program.

    12. John Paul Mulhern has been hired as Managing Director of Industrial for the Western U.S. at Crescent Communities. Mulhern’s expertise includes 14 years of real estate experience, most recently with Ryan Companies. He will oversee AXIAL Industrial development across Arizona, Colorado and Utah.

    13. Drew Seybold has joined Dibble as Senior Project Manager in the Airport Development Business Unit. Seybold brings 16 years of experience in aviation, transportation and land development, with specialized expertise in airport infrastructure and FAA regulatory compliance. He will lead airport improvement projects across the region and mentor technical staff.

    14. KEPHART announced it recently hired Shawn Curtis and Carlo Sosa Garcia. Curtis will serve as a Project Manager and has more than 10 years of experience. Sosa Garcia will serve as a Designer II and is a recent graduate of Arizona State University.

    15. Joy Potteiger has joined Hensel Phelps as a Proposal Lead for the company’s Phoenix office. Potteiger joins the Project Development and Marketing team to help with pursuits, proposal development, writing and graphics.
