1. SRG Residential was recently acquired by Milhaus. The company also agreed to acquire Broadshore Capital Partners. The company will now operate offices in Arizona, Indiana, California, New York and Florida.
2. Sintra Hoffman announced she will leave her role as President and CEO of WESTMARC after 10 years to launch Sintra Strategies, a consulting firm focused on infrastructure and economic development initiatives across Arizona. Hoffman has led WESTMARC since 2015, helping position the West Valley as a destination for investment and regional growth.
3. Alta Environmental & Infrastructure has launched a new division—Land and Right of Way—expanding the company’s capabilities to support utility transmission, renewable energy and infrastructure projects nationwide. The announcement also includes the strategic addition of Elizabeth (Liz) Babcock as VP of Land and Right of Way.
Promotions
4. Zachary Young has been promoted to Senior Project Manager for Sundt Construction’s Water & Wastewater Group in the Southwest region. Young, who has experience delivering complex municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects, is currently leading the Cave Creek Water Reclamation Plant Rehabilitation project, which will deliver the City of Phoenix’s first advanced water purification facility.
5. Brent Turtle has been promoted to Senior Associate at Terracon. Turtle, who has been with the firm for 10 years, previously served as a Materials Project Manager. In his new role, he will continue supporting Terracon while serving as Co-NAM and Co-Lead for the Rocky Mountain Traveling Tech Program, which focuses on technical excellence and regional collaboration.

6. Laurel Lewis has joined LevRose Commercial Real Estate as Senior VP. Lewis brings more than 30 years of experience in office tenant representation, lease negotiations, commercial property sales and strategic real estate advisory services throughout Metro Phoenix and the Southwest.
7. Mortenson Construction recently announced the hiring of Regina Guzzi as its new Senior Business Development Manager. Guzzi has more than 20 years of experience in the A/E/C industry.
