    Giving Back

    1. Southwest Gas employees recently participated in the Southwest Gas Foundationโ€™s Month of Giving. More than 30 volunteers helped create 500 care kits for neighbors in need. The Foundation is committing $60K in essential hygiene items throughout Arizona, California and Nevada.

    3. The Mesa Gateway Airport Authority recently announced its Fiscal Year 2027 Board of Directors. Mesa Mayor Mark Freeman has been selected as Chairman; Gilbert Mayor Scott Anderson will be Vice-Chair; Apache Junction Mayor Chip Wilson is serving as Secretary; Queen Creek Mayor Julia Wheatley will be Treasurer, and Gila River Indian Community Lt. Gov. Regina Antone will be Immediate Past Chair.

    4. Western Retail Advisors has announced a new Tucson office, which will be led by Nancy McClure, as Senior VP & Southern Arizona Market Leader. McClure previously spent more than 36 years with CBRE, where she represented landlords, local and national retailers, and investment clients throughout Tucson and southern Arizona.

    Promotions

    5. Marc Stern and Roger Teske have been promoted to VP at Dibble CM. Stern has more than 32 years of experience, including 10 years with Dibble CM, and is recognized for mentoring team members and building client relationships. Teske has more than 30 years of experience and previously served as a Resident Engineer, overseeing infrastructure projects for the City of Tempe and Arizona State University.

    6. Scott Douglas has been promoted to Senior VP at TynanGroup. In his new role, Douglas will help guide the firmโ€™s strategic direction, lead business development efforts and continue overseeing projects as a client advisor. Douglas joined TynanGroup in 2008 and has built a career specializing in luxury resort development for hospitality brands.

    7. Rob Schramm has been promoted to Chief Strategy Officer at Kitchell Corp. after serving as President of Kitchell Development Inc. Schramm has 25 years of commercial real estate development experience and has worked for Kitchell for 23 years. Kevin Miller has been promoted to President of Kitchell Development Inc. from Senior VP. Miller has more than 25 years of commercial real estate development and investment experience and has been with Kitchell for six years.

    8. The PENTA Building Group announced the promotion of David Slokken to Executive Director of Preconstruction for Arizona. Slokken is an experienced preconstruction and estimating leader with two decades of industry experience.

    New Hires

    9. Dimitri Anagnostopoulos has joined Keyser Commercial Real Estateโ€™s Industrial Practice Group. Prior to joining Keyser, Anagnostopoulos built a successful practice serving industrial users and business owners throughout the Valley. In his new role, he will focus on providing occupier representation and helping clients make informed real estate decisions.

    10. LevRose Commercial Real Estate announced Eric Hegarty has joined the firm as Senior VP, specializing in multifamily investment sales across the Metro Phoenix market. Hegarty brings more than 12 years of dedicated multifamily experience and expertise in several area submarkets.
