1. Avondale Public Works Operator Miguel Ayala has been named the AZ Water Association’s 2022 Large Treatment Plant Operations Supervisor of the Year. Ayala has worked for Avondale for more than 15 years and holds a Grade 4 ADEQ certification.

3. Phoenix-based design firm Orcutt | Winslow has signed an agreement to acquire Helman Hurley Charvat Peacock Architects – an international master planning/architectural firm in Orlando, Fla. – to expand its offerings and better serve its clients across new complementary markets.
4. Monthly commercial real estate publication TREND report has joined Real Estate Daily News and RED Comps. Real Estate Daily News Editor and Publisher Karen Schutte will helm all three outlets.

5. Rose Law Group recently promoted Shruti Gurudanti to Partner and Director of Corporate Transactions. The firm also promoted Thomas Galvin to Partner.
6. Zoned Properties, Inc. announced it has appointed Daniel Gauthier as Chief Legal Officer. His additional roles for the company will include Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary. Gauthier also works as an attorney at Rose Law Group.
