Giving Back
1: Philanthropist MacKenzie Scott has made a $436M donation to Habitat for Humanity. Habitat for Humanity Central Arizona will receive $8.5M and will use the funds for new home construction, home repair and neighborhood revitalization.

2: TDIndustries, Inc. is proud to announce it has earned a spot on the Associated Builders and Contractors 2022 Top Performers List. TDIndustries is ranked No. 12 on the Top 200 Performers List. In addition to ranking No. 12 overall, TDIndustries is also recognized as:

3: Kinney Construction Services, Inc. was honored as a recipient of Arizona Forward’s 50th Anniversary Award, presented by Arizona Forward at the 2022 Environmental Excellence Awards. The award was presented to three companies throughout Arizona’s northern, central and southern regions for their commitment to sustainability in the state. Awardees include KCS, northern region recipient; Valley Metro, central region recipient; and Cox Media; southern region recipient.
4: Ray Montoya of Kimley-Horn has been named the 2022 Southern Arizona Engineer of the Year by the Arizona Society of Professional Engineers. The award recognizes Montoya’s outstanding contributions, character, professional integrity, technical knowledge and community service.
Boards and Commissions
5: The Rio Nuevo Board has welcomed new Board Member Ross McCallister. McCallister is a licensed general contractor and has served in various roles with multiple organizations, including the Arizona Multi-Housing Association, Metropolitan Tucson Housing Commission and as past Chairman of the Office of the Governor’s Arizona Housing Finance Authority Board. At present, he also serves on the Pima County Real Estate Research Council.
Promotions
6: Nick Ray has been promoted to VP, overseeing all acquisitions, asset management and property operations for George Oliver and GO Industrial.
New Hires
7: ZOM Living has hired Stephen Ordway as Senior VP of its seniors housing division.
8: Jack Clarizio has been hired as VP of Finance, overseeing all finance, accounting and structuring for George Oliver and GO Industrial, and Josh Schifferer has been hired as Development Manager, managing the design and construction of all GO Industrial projects. George Oliver and GO Industrial’s expanded leadership team is supported by Andrew Snedeker, who was hired in 2021 as Director of Development.
9: FCL Builders has added Jeff Eells in a key Senior Project Management role on its Arizona team. Eells will oversee the procurement and management of industrial projects, providing project leadership and mentoring team members.
10: Entellus has welcomed Paul Young to the team as their newest Project Manager following his retirement after 23 years at the City of Chandler.
