1. The Arizona Chapter of NAIOP was named 2022 Large Chapter of the Year at the annual Chapter Merit Awards. NAIOP Arizona also won an award for a record Highest Number of New Members among the 52 chapters across the U.S. and Canada last year, adding more than 270 new members in 2021, a 13% increase.

Giving Back
3. Facings of America, Inc. will host Design for Dogs, an annual fundraising event benefiting the Arizona Animal Welfare League & SPCA. The event will be held at Facings of America’s Scottsdale showroom on Feb. 25. Sixteen professional design + build teams have been commissioned to design, build and donate a swanky pet palace to the Design for Dogs event. All proceeds benefit AAWL. Facings of America has donated more than $130K through the Design for Dogs event since 2015.
