Sales Transactions

1. ColRich purchased Camden Copper Square, a 332-unit multifamily community in downtown Phoenix. The property sold for $77M. CBRE represented the seller, Camden Property Trust, and arranged financing for the buyer.
2. Goodman Real Estate purchased Scottsdale on Main, a 119-unit multifamily community at 6901 E. Main St. in Scottsdale, for $66.1M. The seller was Baron Properties, represented by Institutional Property Advisors. The four-story property has units ranging from 643SF to 1.3KSF.
3. Christopher Todd Capital acquired Yardly Paradisi from Taylor Morrison. The 193-home Build-to-Rent community in Surprise sold for $55.2M. Northmarq represented the seller, and its Debt + Equity team arranged acquisition financing for the buyer.
4. The 210-unit Cimarron Apartments was purchased by Rockwell Property Company for $33M. The property was sold by an undisclosed entity that owned the property for more than a decade.
5. Pink Door Storage & RV purchased Yuma RV & Boat Storage at 2145 S. Harley Dr. in Yuma for $6.5M. The facility includes 213 RV and boat parking spaces. Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller.
6. Hospitality Management Services recently purchased The Sonesta ES Suites Tucson at 6477 E. Speedway Blvd. in Tucson for $3.5M. The extended-stay hotel contains 128 units. Service Properties Trust sold the asset.
7. Inspired Adventure Investments, LLC sold the Summit Hut retail property at 5251 E. Speedway Blvd. in Tucson. WAA 5251 E. Speedway Blvd, LLC, an affiliate of Brown Wordon Properties, LLC, purchased the property for $3.5M. Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR’s Natalie Furrier and Greg Furrier represented the seller, while C&W | PICOR’s Robert C. Glaser and Paul Hooker represented the buyer.
8. Catalina View Apts LLC purchased Catalina View Apartments, a 31-unit apartment complex located at 5160 E. Bellevue St. in Tucson. The 27.5KSF complex was purchased from Bellvue Properties LLC for $2.8M. Allan Mendelsberg and Joey Martinez with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR represented both parties.
9. JLL represented the seller in the sale of Sheraton Phoenix Downtown, a 1,003-room convention center hotel in Phoenix. The 33-story property includes 112KSF of meeting and event space and was built in 2008 with a $45M renovation completed in 2020. Financial details were not disclosed.
