    Sale Transactions

    1. Medical Properties Trust, Inc. sold Arizona General Hospital and seven freestanding Arizona emergency department facilities to Dignity Health, a subsidiary of CommonSpirit Health, for $160M.

    2. Bridge Investment Group sold Equestrian, a 288-apartment complex in Tucson, to Investors Capital Group for $60.2M. Clint Wadlund, Hamid Panahi, Steve Gebing and Cliff David of Institutional Property Advisors, a division of Marcus & Millichap, represented the seller and procured the buyer.

    3. JLL Capital Markets brokered the $12.6M sale of Corona Del Sol, a 64-unit apartment complex in Phoenix. JLL represented the undisclosed seller and sourced the buyer, KDF Communities.

    4. Lane Neville, Cole Neville, Brandon Hall, Whitney Heritage and Matt Westra of NAI Horizon negotiated the $4.58M sale of Serrano’s Mexican Restaurant at 141 S. Arizona Ave. in Chandler. NAI Horizon represented the seller, Serrano Family Limited Partnership. Peter Sciacca of Launch Real Estate represented the buyer, JAM Management, LLC.

    5. Banner Health sold 2701-2731 E. Elvira Rd., a 111.75KSF medical office facility in Tucson, for $3.9M. The investor is an affiliate of Sason Organization. Banner Health will continue to occupy the property as part of a sale-leaseback.

    6. Lance Sherwood of NAI Horizon negotiated the $2.85M sale of 500 S. Gilbert Road, a 13.25KSF retail building in Gilbert. NAI Horizon represented the buyer, 500 Gilbert, LLC. Matthew Leonard, Jeff Tricco and Dawn Werley of LevRose Commercial Real Estate represented the seller, Angel Day Care, LLC.

    7. Andrew Warner of NAI Horizon represented seller Cecil C. Chesser in the $2.35M sale of a mobile home park in Tucson. The buyer, DT97 Desert Retreat, LLC, was self-represented.

    Lease Transactions

    8. Lincoln Property Company signed Kimley-Horn to a 34.8KSF office space lease at the 1.35MSF Union Building One in Mesa.

    9. Jeffrey Garza Walker of NAI Horizon represented the landlord, CPLC Pickle House, LLC and the tenant, Archwood Community Resource Empowerment Strategy, in the 132-month lease of 1401 E. Van Buren St., a 13KSF retail space in Phoenix.

    10. Dylan Whitwer and Don Morrow of NAI Horizon represented the landlord, FFEC Wealth Partners, LLC in a 36-month office sublease for 12.15KSF in Scottsdale. The tenant, Cogir Management USA, Inc. was represented by Amy Trott with CBRE.
