Last month, the Mesa Design Review Board examined the plans and landscape design for Sonoran Gateway Exchange, a 36-acre planned light industrial development at the NEC of Germann and Sossaman roads.

Plans call for two buildings, one at 49.5KSF and a second at 57.2KSF. The cross-dock facility will have truck doors on the north and south sides of both buildings, along with outdoor storage and truck parking around the buildings’ perimeters.

Both buildings will have 8KSF of office space. Building 1 will feature 100 cross-dock doors/truck bays, while the larger Building 2 will have 120.

The project owner is RLIF Mesa Development SPE LLC (Realterm). The design firm is Ware Malcomb. (Source)
