Groundbreakings
2. FCL Builders has started site clearing for construction of the new Litchfield Palms Logistics Park in Goodyear on the SWC of West Van Buren and Litchfield Road. The speculative industrial project designed by Deutsch Architecture consists of three buildings totaling 856KSF and is being developed by Johnson Development Associates.
3. As part of the 67th Avenue Corridor Improvement Project, Peoria will begin locating existing underground utilities along 67th Avenue between Hatfield and Pinnacle Peak Roads this month. The location and pavement repairs are targeted for completion in June.
4. Liv Communities and The Rockefeller Group recently broke ground on Liv Laveen, a 360-unit, garden-style apartment community in Laveen.
5. PMB and Dignity Health held a groundbreaking ceremony for the 45KSF Medical Center Medical Office Building III, located near the Dignity Health campus in Gilbert.
6. Adolfson & Peterson Construction has broken ground on the Community Learning Center for Flowing Wells Unified School District #8. The 11.1 KSF building, with an 8.4KSF professional development center and 2.8KSF classroom building, will be used as a community center and pre-school for the surrounding north Tucson area.

7. Scottsdale loan brokerage Integrity Capital LLC announced it helped Power Commerce Park LLC obtain a $27.3M million construction loan for the development of a new 146KSF industrial park, currently under construction in Gilbert. Each of the 12 12KSF buildings will be available for lease upon completion.
Completions
8. McCarthy Building Companies recently wrapped up construction of the $192M, 281KSF Interdisciplinary Science and Technology Building 7 – aka ISTB7 – project at Arizona State University. The building has been renamed as the Rob and Melani Walton Center for Planetary Health.
9. Northrop Grumman Corp. has completed its 120KSF Phase I industrial facility expansion in Gilbert. The new space connects to the company’s existing 135KSF structure. Permits for Phase II are currently under review, according to DATABEX.
10. Adolfson & Peterson has completed the 51KSF Reunion Rehabilitation Hospital at 1675 E. Villa St. in Phoenix.
