The Surprise City Council has approved a rezoning request for Elliott D. Pollack & Company’s Buena Vista mixed-use development.

The plan includes more than 370 acres of residential uses, 32 acres of employment uses and 20 acres of open space. The developer will be required to make road improvements under an approved development agreement. (Source: Phoenix Business Journal)
