An eight-building industrial park totaling 97KSF has been proposed for 7.5 acres at 16700 N. Porter Road in Maricopa.
The site is roughly three-tenths of a mile between West Maricopa-Casa Grande Highway to the north and West Sonoran Desert Parkway to the south.
An area news outlet cited a submitted project narrative and said the plan includes both small-bay industrial components and individual industrial buildings that will be available for lease or purchase. Potential uses include light manufacturing, distribution, office and retail.
Four of the buildings are planned at 6KSF apiece. There are two planned for 13.4KSF, one at 19.4KSF and one at 26.67KSF.
According to the article, the planned Maricopa Industrial Park site fronts Porter Road and has a layout that includes drive aisles, perimeter parking, loading areas and an on-site retention basin.
Current zoning is noted as a combination of general and neighborhood business.
The materials were submitted on behalf of 10th Place Properties LLC, which BEX research staff has traced to the Donkersloot Family Trust. We have filed a public records request and will update the DATABEX project database with any additional information when it is received.

Very nice but where are all the cars going to fit at rush hour? It is a mess now and then add more people with the two lane of 347. I would be curious as to how many deaths have occurred there in the past two years
The price of the rental units are ridiculous . I also see where the large semis full of materials are also tearing up our side streets, but you all know that. I would think that Harrods could put more pressure on the Office of Land management for their tribe for improvements of the highway. Once the thorn in the side of Maricopa gets fixed (347) this would be a lively place to live.
