3. Olsson ranked number seven on Building Design + Construction’s 2025 list of the country’s largest data center engineering firms. This comes as Olsson’s data center revenue grew more than 65% in the last year, reaching $103M.

4. Capital Asset Management has merged with MODE Commercial Property Management, forming a portfolio exceeding 10MSF of medical, office and industrial space in the Southwest. The merger brings MODE’s 70-plus Phoenix-area properties and staff under the Capital Asset Management brand.
5. Camelot Homes announced it is now 100% employee-owned through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan. As employee-owners, Camelot Homes team members will be able to build retirement wealth based on the company’s performance.
Promotions

6. Rosendin Electric, Inc. recently promoted two team members to Operations Manager. Chad Constance brings 24 years of leadership experience developing high-performing teams including teams that build large-scale electrical installations. Jason Karseboom leads 300+ person teams building semiconductor facilities, mission critical and hyper-scale data center facilities for tech giants.
New Hires
7. Zach Yentzer has been named President and CEO of the Glendale Chamber of Commerce. He joins the organization from The Chamber of Southern Arizona, where he served as VP of Business Advocacy. Yentzer will begin his new role in November.
8. Ed Zuercher has been rehired as City Manager for the City of Phoenix, returning to the role he previously held from 2013 to 2021. Zuercher rejoins the City after serving as Executive Director of the Maricopa Association of Governments and will officially assume the position on Nov. 17.
9. Alex Warner has joined Davis Commercial as an Associate Broker. He will focus on market research, tenant outreach and property analysis. Warner previously worked with CBRE and Brookfield Property Development.
10. Matthew Leach recently joined Cerris Systems. Leach has nearly two decades of experience as a skilled HVAC technician and industry leader. He has previously served as a Union HVAC instructor and represented his trade through leadership and advocacy roles with UA Local 469.
Retirements/In Memoriam/Departures
11. Wynette Reed, City Manager for the City of Goodyear, will retire in March 2026 after a 39-year career in public service. Reed has served as City Manager since 2023 and has been with the City since 2011, leading major initiatives such as the GSQ downtown development, a public safety and transportation bond program.
