    Sales Transactions

    1. Mack Real Estate Group sold roughly 28 acres of vacant land in the Mack Innovation Park for $41.06M. United Integrated Services Corporation purchased the site and plans to construct a 480KSF industrial building. DAUM Commercialโ€™s Bob Lundstedt represented the buyer

    2. Rise48 Equity purchased a 194-unit apartment community at 1050 W. 8th Ave. for $33.8M in Mesa. The seller was not disclosed.

    3. Cadre Holdings purchased a 70.4KSF industrial manufacturing facility at 9330 N. 91st Ave. in Peoria for $30M. The purchase was part of Cadreโ€™s $120M acquisition of TYR Tactical.

    4. AndMark Brookwood Apartments LLC recently purchased the 272-unit Brookwood apartment complex for $28.25M. The complex, located at 201 S. Kolb Road in Tucson, was sold by VP Brookwood LLC. Clint Wadlund and Hamid Panahi of Marcus & Millichapโ€™s Institutional Property Advisors division procured the buyer and represented the seller.

    5. Castle Park Investments sold Silverview RV Resort, a 423-site RV resort at 1600 Silver Creek Road in Bullhead City, for $8.8M to Silverview RV Resort LLC. Hunter LaRocca, Kevan Enger, Ian Hilpl and Brian Hummell of Berkadia represented the seller and arranged financing for the buyer.

    6. Crimson Canyon purchased a 38-acre parcel in Buckeye for $8.3M. The parcel will be used as part of a 74-acre industrial park originally named Rooks Technology Park and will feature roughly 1MSF of industrial space across two or three buildings. The seller was not disclosed.

    7. 1890 River LLC, c/o LBSL Investments LLC, purchased a 16.3KSF two-story office building in the Saint Philipโ€™s Plaza/Cambric Corporate Center at 1890 E. River Road in Tucson for $5.3M. The seller was River Campbell LLC.

    8. Beacon Group, Inc. purchased 4.7KSF of office space at Coronado Professional Plaza at 3400 N. Dysart Road, Building E, Units 117 & 119 in Avondale from Arizona Agribusiness & Equine Center, Inc. for $2.05M. Kameron Norwood with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR represented the buyer. Joel Moyes with Red Brick Realty represented the seller.

    Lease Transactions

    9. TOCALCO Co. Ltd. signed a 32KSF lease at 400 N. 56th St. in Chandler. The Japanese semiconductor company was represented by Kidder Mathewsโ€™ Mike Ciosek, while the landlord was represented by Ross Brown Partnersโ€™ Payton Kruidenier, Rick Collins and Kyle McGinley. The tenant is expected to commence operations during the first half of 2027.
