Lease Transactions
1. CapRock Partners secured a 597.4KSF lease for Buildings F and G at CapRock West 202 Logistics – Phase 2, a Class A industrial campus in Phoenix. The tenant, LG Energy Solution, will occupy the two freestanding warehouse buildings totaling 301.8KSF and 295.6KSF, respectively. The industrial campus is approximately 82% leased. Payson MacWilliam, Don MacWilliam and Casey Koziol of Colliers represented CapRock Partners in the transaction.
