1. A group of employees from one of Brycon’s Arizona High-Tech divisions recently visited Harvest Compassion Center and donated 168lbs of food. While on-site, the employees unloaded, weighed and processed the donated items.

2. Secure Net Lease has established an office in north Scottsdale to oversee its efforts in the Phoenix and Arizona markets. The company has signed Steve Lowe, previously with Colliers, as Executive VP.
Promotions
3. Big-D Construction announced the promotion of Carl McFarland to President of Southwest Office. McFarland joined the company in 2022.
4. Dibble promoted Duane Dana to Senior Project Manager and VP. He has 22 years of civil engineering experience in Arizona airports.
5. Nicole Steltenpohl was promoted to Chief Human Resources Officer at P.B. Bell.
6. Terracon announced the promotions of Louis D. Braun, John Griffin and Tod Whitwer to Senior Associate.
New Hires
7. Bowman Consulting Group Ltd. has hired Gabriel Secrest as VP of Mining and West Regional Manager.
8. Balfour Beatty Construction has hired Allison Black as Business Development Director.
9. KBC Advisors announced the hiring of three new industrial experts. Danny Schuster, formerly of Colliers International, and Chris Lydon, formerly of Avison Young, joined the brokerage team. Kirk Kuller, previously with Cushman & Wakefield, joined the capital markets team. The office is led by Mike Freret, former CEO of Orsett Properties.
Retirements
10. After a 61-year career, 40 of them at the firm he founded, Bob Brinkmann announced his retirement from Brinkmann Constructors. Brian Satterthwaite and Tom Oberle will continue to lead the company.
