1. DQD Demolition and Saw Cutting has announced several changes to its leadership lineup, triggered by the impending retirement of Founder and President Richard Dickens at the end of 2024. Dickens will take on a new role as Executive Chairman of the Board and will continue as a shareholder. Twenty-six-year company veteran and shareholder Chris Christensen will be promoted and assume the role of President at the end of 2024. The transition has already begun. Project Managers Austin LaMotte and Mike Walz will, respectively, be promoted to head DQD’s Sales and Estimating group and lead DQD’s Production.
2. Palmer Development Group—developer of The Edge and The Sydney shopping and entertainment developments near 90th Street and Loop 101—has partnered with Diversified Partners, which will serve as the new leasing brokerage firm and will handle all the leasing for the remaining retail, restaurants and entertainment concepts to come for both properties.

6. Kidder Mathews has hired Dana Summers as Senior VP in Phoenix. Prior to his appointment, he served two decades at CBRE.
7. De Rito Partners Inc. has hired Cathy Johnson as Head of Property Management.
8. CG Schmidt has hired Isaac Maraspini as Project Manager.
9. Evergreen Devco announced Vicki Connell as its new Project Coordinator in Phoenix.
