Sales Transactions
1. Sila Realty Trust, Inc. purchased a five facility healthcare portfolio comprised of four locations in Arizona and one in Texas. The portfolio is fully leased by Tenet Healthcare Corporation. Two of the facilities under the brand Abrazo Health are located in the Phoenix metro area. Prices, sizes and locations for the Phoenix-area facilities were not given. The two others in Arizona operate under Carondelet Health and consist of The Micro-Hospital ($16.1M, 30.22KSF) in Marana and The Medical Emergency Center ($15.95M, 32.45KSF) in Tucson.
2. Aldi sold 4.86 acres of a vacant lot near Country Club and Baseline Road in Gilbert to an entity connected to Wood Partners for $3.45M. Aldi Commons, a 257-unit multifamily development, is set to be built on the property.
3. Peak Southern LLC paid $3M for 10834 E. Southern Ave., a 5.83-acre retail site in Mesa. Signal Butte & Southern, LLC was the seller. John Jackson and Kristina Remon of Colliers in Arizona negotiated the sale.
4. Chris Itule of DSW Commercial Real Estate represented seller 2030 Broadway Capital Partners, LLP in the $2.5M sale of 2030 E. Broadway Blvd. in Tucson. The buyer, an affiliate of Central Barrio Development, purchased the property to reposition for mixed-use purposes.
Lease Transactions
5. Having recently leased 1.2MSF in The Cubes at Glendale industrial park, Amazon Inc. recently executed another major lease transaction. The global ecommerce giant has signed a 10-year lease to occupy 1MSF at the Paloma Vista Logistics Center in Buckeye.
6. ViaWest Group announced the leasing of Sight Logistics Park in Tempe. Supply Chain Solutions will occupy more than 156.7KSF of the 357KSF campus. Rob Martensen and Sam Joens of Colliers represented ViaWest. Supply Chain Solutions was represented by Ken McQueen, Chris McClurg, Blake Peters, and Jack Sims of Lee & Associates.
7. Pool & Electrical Products, LLC leased 53.8KSF of industrial space at 3600 E. 36th St. in Tucson, from DRD Investment Group, LLC. Robert Glaser and Jesse Blum with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR represented the landlord. Hagen Hyatt with Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. represented the tenant.
8. Delta Dental of Arizona leased 13.35KSF of space at The Pinnacle in Kierland IV in Scottsdale. The company plans to sell its existing 31.4KSF space in Glendale when its relocation is complete.
