Sales Transactions
1. Two Sigma has bought 202 Business Park in Gilbert for $51.6M. The multi-building industrial park was sold by Greer Oliver and Connor Nebeker-Hay of JLL Capital Markets who represented both the buyer and seller Germann Road Land Development LLC.
2. Commercial Properties, Inc. announced the $9M sale of Building F of Venture Court Professional Plaza, an approximately 27KSF, two-story office building in Anthem. Eric Butler and Phill Tomlinson with CPI represented the seller, Liftable Media, Inc. Keith Lammersen of JLL Capital Markets represented the buyer, Maricopa County Libraries.
3. El Dorado Partnership LLC purchased 33.5KSF of office space at El Dorado Plaza in Tucson from Catarina of Tucson LLC for $5.6M. Molly Gilbert with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR represented the buyer. Angelica Dutton with EXP Commercial represented the seller.
4. Mister Car Wash has purchased a total of 1.25 acres at 5515 and 5523 E. Grant in Tucson for a total of $2.23M to develop a new car wash location. The 5515 property was sold by Rio West Development, represented by Tom Nieman of Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR. Aaron LaPrise, also with Cushman & Wakefield |PICOR, represented the 5523 seller Nguyen Le Nam. LaPrise also represented buyer CWPS Corp for Mister Car Wash in both transactions.
5. Max Schumacher, Patrick Sheehan and Jack Hansen of Rein & Grossoehme represented the seller in the sale of 3502 W Lower Buckeye Road, a 94.2KSF structure with a nine-acre storage yard in Phoenix. Neither buyer nor seller were disclosed.
6. Max Schumacher, Patrick Sheehan and Jack Hansen of Rein & Grossoehme represented the buyer of 2912 E. Wood St. The purchase consists of 30,380SF of land with 10,634SF of warehouse and office space and 1KSF of mezzanine storage.
Lease Transactions
7. Avison Young announced it has negotiated a seven-year, 40.5KSF industrial lease with Trackman Golf, located at 525 E. Pinnacle Peak Road in Phoenix. Dominic Perry with Avison Young represented Trackman Golf. James Cohn of Stream Realty Partners represented landlord The Mack Company.
8. Nationwide Realty Investors has signed five new tenants, occupying a collective 80KSF of space, at Cavasson East. The new lessees are: Edward Jones (2.5KSF), OEM Group (8KSF), Trajan Wealth (16KSF), Frontdoor (23KSF) and Osaic Inc. (29KSF). John Cerchiai and Jake Annan of Lee & Associates are the listing brokers.
9. Ports America signed a lease for 27KSF at Tempe Gateway. Bryan Taute of CBRE Group Inc. represented the owner, Cousins Properties Inc.
