Dominium is planning a 215-unit Build-to-Rent community near the new Home Depot store on Maricopa-Casa Grande Highway and Stonegate Road in Maricopa.
Maricopa Stonegate would feature two-, three- and four-bedroom units ranging from 960SF-1,360SF.
Dominium submitted pre-application materials earlier this month. According to the project narrative, the development would contribute to the area’s overall walkability and provide access to existing and planned bike paths and future multi-use trails. (Source)
