The Mesa Design Review Board heard a presentation for Jaws Industrial, a 90.7KSF spec warehouse development with a 32-foot clear height planned for 6.26 acres in the 8200 block of East Germann Road.

Planning staff is requesting DRB’s review and recommendations on the elevations and landscape design as well as alternative compliance for building materials.

The property is within Mesa’s Pecos Road Employment Opportunity Zone and is owned by JAWS GERMANN LLC, which traces back to the Hunter Family Trust. The applicant is LGE Design Group, and the materials also reference sister firm LGE Design Build, which normally serves as a general contractor.

DRB took no action in the discussion session.

Paul Sieczkowski and Justin Sieczkowski with Colliers are the leasing agents for the development. According to the listing page, the property is expected to be available in Q4 of this year.
