Progress Reports
1. Tractor Supply Co. has confirmed construction of its store at Shea Way and Maricopa-Casa Grande Highway in Maricopa is progressing and is on track for a fall opening. Foundation work for the 21.7KSF location in the Maricopa Wells Power Center is in process.
Completions
2. StreetLights Residential has announced its 320-unit multifamily community The Tyler is open in Gilbert’s mixed-use Epicenter at Agritopia. According to the announcement, The Tyler is the multifamily component of the Epicenter, which also features approximately 50KSF of retail space.
3. Sun Valley Elementary School in the Somerton Elementary School District has received a temporary certificate of occupancy and is on track to open in August for the upcoming school year.
4. A.R. Mays Construction announced the completion of Industrial Metal Supply at 5700 S. 38th St. in Phoenix. The tilt warehouse facility is comprised of 160KSF of space, including a 15KSF store, 10KSF of office space and a fitness center. The developer for the $15M project was Bondar, LLC, and the design firm was Cataldo Architects.
5. Pinal County officials reported in a recent town hall meeting in Arizona City that repaving and other components of the $7.8M Sunland Gin Road reconstruction project are nearing completion and will be finished by the end of June. A 4KSF expansion of the Arizona City Community Library is also expected to deliver this month.
6. Tolleson Elementary School District held a ribbon-cutting ceremony in late May to celebrate completion of a $6.2M sports field development at Arizona Desert Elementary School.
7. Puttshack, a two-story, 25KSF mini golf facility in the Scottsdale Quarter shopping center, has completed tenant improvements and space configurations and will open for operations on June 14.
