Awards & Accolades
1. NAIOP Arizona has named three recipients of the annual NAIOP and Prologis Inclusion in CRE Scholarship for Women and Underrepresented Professionals. They are:
- Jade Nunes, Regional Manager of Business Development, Cuhaci Peterson;
- Emeka Ukaga, Architectural + Structural Designer II, Michael Baker International; and
- Serena Wedlich, VP, CBRE.
2. The Arizona Association for Economic Development honored three legislators at the Wesley Bolin Plaza at the Arizona State Capitol for their commitment and support in growing Arizona’s economy at the annual Lunch on the Lawn that recognizes the organization’s Economic Development Champions. This year’s honorees were Sen. Frank Carroll (R-Peoria), Sen. Lela Alston (D-Phoenix), and Sen. Rick Gray (R-Peoria).

3. Clay Creaser has been promoted to serve as Business Unit Leader for the Phoenix Office of JE Dunn Construction.
4. Lisa Herrera has been promoted at TEPCON Construction, Inc. to oversee Human Resources.

5. Kylie Cook has been hired as VP, National Commercial Accounts for Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company.
6. Brian Adams has joined W.E. O’Neil Construction as Senior Estimator.
7. Bayley Construction has recently hired Zach Eggert as Project Manager and Scott Turner as Superintendent.
