2. Alliance Residential Company spinoff Alliance Industrial Company has launched in Phoenix and opened an office at 7135 E. Camelback Road. The office is staffed by John Paul Quinn, who transferred to Arizona from the company’s Houston location.
Promotions
3. Rider Levett Bucknall recently announced four promotions. Josh Marks has been promoted to Principal. Jesse Zunke and Aaron Woodward have both been named Associate Principal, and Jeff Landtiser has been promoted to Associate.
4. Achen-Gardner Construction announced the promotion of Bryan Mueller to VP.
5. Consulting structural engineering firm PK Associates has promoted Louie Snow to Project Manager (SSI).
6. Amy Peron has been promoted to Senior Associate in the Tucson office of planning, landscape architecture and branding firm Norris Design.

Retirement
10. Maricopa Association of Governments Executive Director Eric Anderson has announced he will be retiring from the agency after 40 years of service across a number of positions. He will leave the position on July 1. Anderson said he will work together with MAG member agencies to ensure a smooth transition.
