    Boards & Commissions

    1. Carrie Kelly, executive director of the Arizona Association for Economic Development, has been appointed Chair of the International Economic Development Council Public Policy Advisory Committee.

    2. NAIOP has named David Krumwiede, Senior Executive VP with Lincoln Property Company, to serve a three-year term on its National Board of Directors beginning in 2023.

    3. Industry leader Daniel Mazzon has announced the launch of a new company that provides sales and operations representation for commercial real estate vendors in Arizona. The company, Mazzon Industries, begins its venture by signing two major clients: Ace Building Maintenance and RestorationHQ.

    4. Childers Architect, a 30-year-old firm headquartered in Fort Smith, Arkansas, announced it has opened an additional office in Phoenix. Childers has named Stanley Schimke as Managing Principal in the new office. Sara Altieri has also joined Childers Architect as Marketing and Graphic Design Director

    5. Celebrating 35 years in business,W&W Structural is rebranding and expanding to continue providing structural steel services to an ever-growing construction market in Arizona and the Southwest. W&W is a full-service structural steel, iron, and architectural/ornamental iron fabrication and erection firm founded in 1987. Its rebranding efforts include a new logo, a new website, and an in-house promotion and education initiative.

    6. Celebrating its 15th anniversary, EHS Restoration has its eye on strategic local and national market expansion as it implements and aligns new infrastructure. EHS Restoration became Arizona’s primary restoration company to partner beyond state lines when natural disasters such as hurricanes and wildfires wreaked havoc across the country, and its catastrophe response team jumps into action multiple times each year to provide emergency relief to states including California, Florida, Louisiana, Virginia, Oregon and Texas.

    7. Creation Equity recently announced three promotions. Grant Kingdon has been promoted to Principal of the Mountain West Region and Zach Tolson and Chris Campbell have been promoted to Associate.

    8. Stephanie Mitrovic has been promoted to VP, Science + Technology Studio Leader at Smithgroup’s Phoenix office.

    9. Tricor SFR recently announced Austin Lamb has been promoted to Director of Finance and Accounting.

    10. Sundt Construction’s Building Group’s Southwest District, Tucson Region recently promoted Mike Hill to Project Director and Courtney Hoyt to Assistant Project Manager.

    New Hires

    11. Brinkmann Constructors recently announced two new hires. Tammy Carr has joined the firm as Director of Business Development, and Joe Strobbe has come on as VP, Phoenix.

    12. Landsea Homes Corporation announced that Heather Cammiso has been named the new President of the Arizona Division of the company.

    13. Russ Martin has been hired to serve as the Town of Florence’s new Town Manager.

    14. Carrie Perrone has joined SmithGroup as Principal, Higher Education Studio Leader.

    15. Chris Martin recently joined Western Alliance Bank as Director of Treasury Management Sales for the Specialized Mortgage Services group.
