Performance Capital Partners, LLC has acquired a site for its upcoming dual-brand Marriott TownePlace Suites and Marriott Fairfield Inn & Suites hotel complex to be located in Village at Prasada on the southeast quadrant of Waddell Road and Loop 303 in Surprise.
This new prototype hotel will have a contemporary look and feel with a warm and natural color. The TownePlace Suites will feature in-suite kitchens, including full-sized refrigerators, microwaves, cooktops, and dishwashers.
The hotel complex will feature:
- A bar,
- Outdoor patio with fire pits and grills,
- An oversized fitness center, and
- Guest laundry facilities.
The four-story, 109-room hotel project will total 64KSF, according to Mitch Hoffman of Performance Capital Partners.
Construction will start Q2 of 2023. Performance Capital Partners will act as the developer and manager of the new hotel when it opens in 2024. The Richardson Design Partnership is the architect, and the general contractor has not been selected.
