Giving Back
1. Children at Camp Verde Elementary in Camp Verde have a brand-new state-of-the-art play space. Volunteers from Fiesta Bowl Charities, the Salt River Project and KABOOM! came together February 25th to build the 2KSF playground from the ground up.

2. Tech Parks Arizona announced that Ryan H. Goodell has been appointed to its board of directors. Goodell serves as the University of Arizona VP for Facilities, Operations and Campus Planning.
Promotions
3. Troy Reierson has been appointed as General Manager overseeing Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices’ operations in Arizona, Nevada and California.
4. Andy Mertz has been promoted to VP of Finance at RED Development.
5. Johnson Carlier has promoted Laura Shivers to VP and Mike Shatzer to Director, Commercial Project.
6. The PENTA Building Group has promoted David Perez to Senior Project Engineer in Phoenix.
New Hires
7. Jim Belfiore has jointed homebuilder Keystone Homes as Chief Strategist.
8. Kidder Mathews has welcomed Tim Dulany to its Phoenix office as a Senior VP specializing in seniors housing and healthcare real estate.
9. Johnson Carlier has welcomed Bob Burden as Director, Industrial Projects and Brian Van Kampen as Sr. Estimator.
10. Land use, zoning and data center attorney Madelaine Bauer has joined Rose Law Group PC.
11. Stephanie Mark-Arthur joined W.E. O’Neil Construction as Project Manager.
Retirements
12. Goodyear Planning and Zoning Commission Chair Patrick Bray, Vice Chair Randy Barnes, and Commissioners Kathleen Molony and Brian Ellison all retired from their positions as of the end of the February 16th meeting. Ellison chose to retire, while Bray, Barnes and Molony had reached the ends of their terms.
