2. Founder Ashleigh Bechtel announced BEX Partners’ 10-year anniversary. Bechtel pledged in the announcement to maintain and enhance the company’s dedication to creating growth by putting people in the right roles within an organization that enables them to succeed. The announcement also featured a link to a book the company has released on Amazon.

3. Thornton Tomasetti has opened a Phoenix office at 21410 N. 19th St. in the Deer Valley area. The international engineering, science and design firm has leased 1.7KSF for five years. The office will oversee the firm’s growing Arizona project portfolio, including industrial and advanced manufacturing facilities, with an initial focus on structural and construction engineering services. Associate Principal Gregory Litterick will lead the Phoenix office.
Promotions
4. Jessica Weil has been promoted to VP of Operations at CloudTen Residential. Weil previously served as Regional VP and joined the firm in 2022. In her new role, she will oversee operations across select Western U.S. markets, including Arizona and Nevada. She brings more than 20 years of multifamily housing experience, including regional leadership positions with Cushman & Wakefield and Greystar, as well as with Dasmen Residential and Fairfield Residential.
5. Evergreen Development announced promotions for Paula Lovesy and Bryan Lamond. Lovesy, who has been with the company for 26 years, has been promoted to Principal, Investor Relations. Lamond, who has worked with Evergreen for a decade, has been promoted to Principal, Retail Acquisitions.
6. Phoenix Design One promoted Ashley Touchette to Studio Director – Associate. Touchette has been with the company since 2015.
7. Molly Garner has been promoted to Marketing Manager at LevRose Commercial Real Estate. Garner previously served as Marketing Coordinator and joined the firm as an intern in January 2023. She graduated from Arizona State University’s Barrett, The Honors College and W. P. Carey School of Business in December 2024 with a bachelor’s degree in marketing.
New Hires
8. Garney recently welcomed Chris Allen as its new National Business Development Manager – Private Sector. Allen has 27 years of experience. In his new role, he will guide private-sector growth.
9. Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR announced the addition of Jesse Jones to its commercial real estate team. He will specialize in the office property sector. Jones has more than nine years of experience
10. Riley Schwenn has joined PHX ARCHITECTURE as Design Professional I. He previously spent seven years at Devenney Group Architects, working on healthcare facilities, medical office buildings, renovations and tenant improvement projects, with primary experience in planning and design development.
11. Jokake Construction welcomed Troy Peterson as its new Marketing Coordinator. Peterson has more than 20 years of marketing and graphic design experience.
