Sales Transactions

1. WinCo Foods LLC recently purchased an 11.59-acre parcel in Tucson for $18M. The property is located at 5205 E. Broadway and contains a handful of existing buildings that total 120KSF. The new owner has yet to announce its plans. The seller was undisclosed.
2. An entity tracing to Gammage & Burnham recently purchased a 66.1KSF medical office called One Scottsdale Landing for $10.75M. The property, located at 8665 E. Hartford Dr., was sold by an entity tracing to Wentworth Property Company.
3. An entity tracing to Wentworth Property Company sold a two-tenant office building known as Two Scottsdale Landing at 8777 E. Hartford Dr. in Scottsdale for $10.27M. The buyer of the 82.8KSF property was an entity tracing to Santo Dino Prato.
4. Union Financial Management Services LP of Tucson and additional purchasers acquired the Rita Road Cultivation Center, a 39.7KSF industrial facility at 8000 S. Rita Road in Tucson, for $6.48M. The seller was Jensen Investments LLC. The 15.74-acre property was built in 2019 for indoor medical marijuana cultivation and production.
5. North Metal & Chemical Co. purchased a 25.8KSF industrial facility at 1401 S. Siesta Lane in Tempe for $6.1M. LevRose Commercial Real Estateโs Matt Leonard represented the buyer. The seller was represented by Lee & Associates. The property was built in 1997 and features two office areas, 18-foot clear height warehouse space, two truck-well loading doors, two grade-level doors and a private fenced yard.
6. MOB Grant LLC recently purchased a 14.8KSF medical office building at 4881 E. Grant Road in Tucson for $5.71M. Christian Whippel sold the building, which is operated by the Pain Institute of Southern Arizona.
7. Caliber purchased a 2.28-acre development site at 2800 W. Sonoran Desert Dr. in north Phoenix for $4.13M. Michael Farrar and Art Rullo of Marcus & Millichap represented the buyer. The seller was Sonoran Desert Retail LLC. The property is near 29th Avenue and adjacent to TSMCโs north Phoenix campus.
8. Marcus & Millichap sold a 5.1KSF Applebee‘s property at 13756 W. Bell Road in Surprise for $3.54M. The property sits on 0.79 acres and is occupied by Applebee’s. Chris Lind, Mark Ruble and Zack House of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, a Delaware limited liability company, and procured the buyer, a California limited liability company, in the all-cash transaction.
