1. An affiliate of Wentworth Property Company, LLC paid $26.8M for a two-building Class A office campus totaling 238.5KSF at 25500–25600 N. Norterra Dr. in Phoenix from Workspace Property Trust. CBRE’s Jim Bayless and Ashley Brooks Jr. advised on the transaction. The campus includes two three-story buildings originally built in 2001. Wentworth Property Management will manage the property, and Bayless and Brooks will lease the campus on behalf of Wentworth.
